Cinsault
South of Valence, Hugo and Pauline grow a grape variety that is unusual in the northern Rhône Valley: cinsault. Drawing on his experience of the Larzac terraces, Hugo vinified this pure variety for two years. As for Pauline, it was during several tastings in her former life as a wine merchant that she fell under its spell.
It was only natural that together they should create the ‘Entrevue à Deux’ cuvée, a refreshingly balanced red wine.
